Where the project needs architecture, structural engineering, fire, planning, energy, Building Control, testing, certification or other specialist input, we bring the right expertise into the coordinated delivery structure.  

Contained Group can also act as the client’s project lead, Employer’s Agent or contract administrator where appointed. This is particularly valuable under design-and-build or EPC-style routes, where the employer needs one informed interface to manage the Employer’s Requirements, tender process, contractor information, instructions, change, progress, quality, commissioning and handover.
